Unfortunately, I have no idea how long it will be available, since it's a set-aside field. I suspect they are hoping to sell to a developer one day, but in the meantime it is full of ragwort, thistles, ox-eye daisies and umbellifers, above clover, buttercup, speedwell, mallow, etc, and, of course, grass.
